Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Free from odors including pet and cigarette. Returns will be accepted in exchange for store credit.

Damaged or Defective items eligible for returns if contacted within 4 Days of delivery. 

Original Shipping Charges are not refundable and a return shipping/restocking charge of $8.00 will be applied and deducted from your Rae Threads LLC store credit.

Final Sale Items Cannot be Returned-Final sale items include:

  • Any Item Marked Final Sale
  • Items on Clearance or marked sale
  • Any items purchased during Holiday sales such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday
  • BOGO Items
  • Jewelry
  • Shoes
  • Gift Cards

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Custom products such as designs made custom for you or personalized items with names are non-returnable. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We must be contacted within 4 DAYS of delivery to be eligible for returns.

Rae Threads LLC is not responsible for damages to clothing due to improper care or handling.

Exact colors may vary due to photography lens, lighting, and computer resolutions-coloring does not qualify for defective items


To start a return, you can contact us at returns@raethreads.com.  Please provide your name, email and order number to help us process your return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically receive store credit for your returned item minus the $8.00 return shipping/stocking fee.
